I.T. Solutions Tasmania treats any customer covered under a Maintenance Agreement as a business partner. When you take out cover under our Agreement you the support level will be as if you had in-house I.T. Support Staff.

Maintenance Plans allow us to spend the time required maintaining your network and computer systems at a fixed monthly price. This means that your I.T. equipment will always be running at it’s best, it’s in our best interest as well as yours to ensure things are running smoothly.

When you sign up for a Maintenance Agreement, you will no longer need to think or worry about what will happen if something goes wrong with your I.T. Equipment as we will always be a phone call away. With our managed Service Desk and high level of customer service you can trust that your technology is in safe hands and allow you to focus on running your business.

A great example of one of our Maintenance & Support Agreements in operation is at Geneva Christian College. I.T. Solutions Tasmania manages the help desk for over 150 laptops and iPads throughout the school. As well as that we take care of the entire network from the servers right through to every device connected such as IP Telephones, Cameras & WiFi Access Points.

The client was left with just two options – lose the files, or pay a $500 US ransom to get the key to decrypt the files. We tested the virus using BitDefender and it was blocked at two separate stages – the first method was disable to see what happened next.
